Our Role/Rules

How we (the leaders) view our role:

• We are a supplement - an added bonus to the spiritual leaders the Lord gives each member first - their parents. We never contradict parental decisions with the kids. We constantly push obeying parents as one of the most important things.
• Subject Matter - We will never broach controversial subjects (ie sex / abstinence talks) without consulting parents. We believe this is the distinct duty of parents. We do not shy away from commenting on scripture that covers this area, but never go into great detail - again we believe this is the parents domain.
• Rules - this is how we view the 'Rule Tree' -  PARENTS rules -> Our rules. Our rules are always subject to parents rules. Here is our basic list of rules for home and away activities:

1. All Students/Participants must follow the rules their parents have set for them.
2. All Students/Participants must do tasks given to them by the leaders(cleanup, passing out papers, etc) - with a good attitude.
3. No Student/Participant will leave the designated area without explicit permission from a Group Leader and/or parents for the entirety of the trip/service.
4. No Students/Participants will leave the Church/event grounds without being accompanied by a Group Leader and/or parents for the entirety of the trip/service.
5. Every Student/Participant must follow all the rules of the event/church itself.
6. Any activity that involves leaving the church/event area must be approved by a group leader and/or parent.
7. At no time will Students/Participants engage in Public Displays of Affection(PDA) with the opposite sex, unless licensed to do so - in other words - MARRIED.
8. All Students/Participants are to treat all other Students/Participants, Group Leaders and anyone else with respect, love and a Christ Like attitude.
9. All Students/Participants follow all these rules or parents will be notified and/or parents will be asked to remove their child from the activity/service.
